Refund & Cancellation Policy

Before you pay

A contribution is optional and grants no course content, access, recognition, or other benefit. Before paying for a separately booked consultation or institutional service, review its description, schedule, fee, and any service-specific cancellation terms shown at checkout.

Customer-requested cancellation

• You may request cancellation of a paid one-to-one consultation or other separately paid service before it begins, subject to any terms shown at checkout.
• Once a consultation or separately paid service has been delivered, payments are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where The Filature has materially failed to provide the purchased service.
• Failure to attend a scheduled consultation does not automatically create refund eligibility when the service was made available as scheduled.

Cancellation by The Filature

If The Filature cancels a paid consultation or other separately paid service and does not offer a reasonable replacement or reschedule that you accept, the amount paid for the cancelled service will be eligible for refund.

Duplicate or erroneous transactions

Verified duplicate charges, clearly erroneous repeated payments, or payments captured after a confirmed technical failure may be refunded after reconciliation with the payment provider. Please contact us with the payment reference and registered email address.

Contributions and voluntary amounts

Optional contributions do not purchase enrollment or any digital entitlement. Once confirmed, they are generally non-refundable except for duplicate transactions, technical errors, unauthorized transactions established through the payment process, or where applicable law requires otherwise.

How to request a refund

• Email us from the address associated with your account.
• Include your name, program or batch, payment/order reference, payment date, and reason for the request.
• Do not email card numbers, OTPs, banking passwords, or other sensitive credentials.

Refund processing time

Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method where reasonably possible. Banking and payment-provider settlement times vary; after initiation, the credit may take several business days to appear. Any non-refundable payment-provider charges will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the terms disclosed for the transaction.

Rescheduling and alternatives

Where appropriate, we may offer a rescheduled consultation, service credit, or equivalent alternative instead of a cash refund. You can choose whether to accept an alternative when a refund would otherwise be due.
