Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using The Filature website, platform, learning programs, live sessions, communities, or related services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and any program-specific terms shown before enrollment. If you do not agree, please do not use the relevant service.

Eligibility and accounts

• You must provide accurate, current information when creating an account or profile.
• You are responsible for protecting your login credentials, OTPs, and access to your account.
• If a learner is legally required to obtain parent or guardian consent, that consent should be obtained before using paid or interactive services.
• We may suspend access where there is misuse, impersonation, security risk, non-payment, abuse, or a material breach of these terms.

Learning programs and live sessions

Program descriptions, schedules, instructors, session formats, availability, and learning resources may change where reasonably necessary. We will try to communicate material changes through the platform or registered contact details.

• Enrollment does not guarantee a particular academic, employment, admission, placement, promotion, or career outcome.
• Live sessions may be rescheduled, replaced, or cancelled for operational, instructor, safety, or technical reasons.
• Recordings and learning materials may be made available for a limited period and remain subject to access restrictions.

Payments, contributions, and refunds

Course enrollment and course content are free. Optional creator contributions do not unlock content, access, recognition, or any other benefit. Separately booked one-to-one consultations and institutional services may be paid; applicable fees, taxes, payment terms, and refund eligibility are shown before checkout and governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Community conduct and prohibited content

You must accept these terms before posting in a Filature community or consultation chat.

• Treat learners, instructors, mentors, moderators, and staff respectfully.
• Do not harass, bully, threaten, stalk, discriminate, promote hatred, spam, impersonate another person, or share unlawful, violent, sexually explicit, exploitative, deceptive, or otherwise harmful material.
• Child sexual abuse and exploitation, grooming, sexualization of minors, trafficking, and content that facilitates or promotes any abuse of children are strictly prohibited.
• Do not share another person’s private information without permission or infringe intellectual-property rights.
• Do not attempt to bypass moderation, access controls, rate limits, payment controls, or technical security measures.
• Use the in-app report and block controls when necessary. We may review reports and may restrict, mute, remove, preserve, or disclose content and accounts where reasonably necessary for safety, policy enforcement, legal compliance, or protection of participants and the platform.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, The Filature or its licensors retain rights in course materials, recordings, designs, trademarks, platform interfaces, and original content. Your enrollment provides a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use learning materials for the purpose for which access was granted.

• Do not redistribute restricted learning materials without permission.
• Do not record, rebroadcast, scrape, reproduce, or commercially exploit restricted sessions or content unless expressly permitted.
• Content that you submit remains yours, but you grant us the permissions reasonably necessary to host, display, moderate, and operate the service.

Availability and technology

We work to keep services reliable, but internet connectivity, third-party providers, browsers, devices, hosting, payment systems, email delivery, and live-streaming infrastructure can fail. Temporary interruption does not by itself create a guarantee of compensation, although we may provide reasonable remedies where a paid service is materially affected.

Limitation and responsibility

Educational guidance is intended to support informed decision-making and development; it is not a substitute for regulated professional advice where such advice is required. To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Filature is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on educational content, third-party opportunities, external websites, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as our services, technology, or legal obligations evolve. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Material changes may also be communicated through the platform or registered contact details.

Contact and disputes

Please contact us first if you have a concern so that we can try to resolve it fairly. These terms are subject to applicable law and any mandatory consumer or statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
